为探讨一氧化氮(NO)在肝病、肝癌发病中的意义。测定了12例急性乙型黄疸型肝炎、25例慢性乙型肝炎、16例肝硬化、12例肝癌、7例重症乙型肝炎患者及31例正常时照者血中NO含量;结果表明急性乙型黄疸型肝炎、慢性乙型肝炎、肝硬化患者外周血中NO含量较正常对照组显著升高,肝癌重症乙型肝炎患者显著降低;结论为NO含量升高;与肝脏的损害有关,但升高的程度与损害的程度并不一致,NO降低可能与肝细胞大量坏死、癌变有关。
To explore the significance of nitric oxide (NO) in the pathogenesis of liver disease and liver cancer.
