目的探讨超声检查对成人肠憩室炎的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析17例经手术及病理证实有完整超声检查资料的肠憩室炎患者的临床资料。结果 (1)17例肠憩室炎中超声正确诊断11例,符合率64.7%,误诊4例,误诊率23.5%,漏诊2例,漏诊率11.8%。(2)超声表现为肠旁囊性包块6例、囊实性包块4例、异常肠管壁增厚1例,病变一端与正常蠕动的肠管相连,一端为盲端。结论成人肠憩室炎超声图像可表现为肠旁囊性或囊实性包块,也可表现为肠管壁增厚,采用高频与低频超声结合、适当加压和多切面观察有利于识别包块与肠管关系,提高超声诊断水平。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in adult patients with intestinal diverticulitis. Methods The clinical data of 17 patients with intestinal diverticulitis who underwent complete ultrasound examination by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results (1) The correct diagnosis of intestinal diverticulitis in 11 cases of correct diagnosis of 11 cases, 64.7% coincidence rate, misdiagnosis in 4 cases, misdiagnosis rate was 23.5%, missed diagnosis in 2 cases, the rate of misdiagnosis was 11.8%. (2) Ultrasound showed 6 cases of intestinal cystic mass, 4 cases of cystic solid mass, 1 case of abnormal intestinal wall thickening, one end of the lesion was connected with the normal peristalsis bowel, one end was blind end. Conclusion Ultrasound images of adult patients with intestinal diverticulitis can be expressed as intestinal cystic or cystic solid mass, also can be expressed as intestinal wall thickening, the combination of high frequency and low frequency ultrasound, appropriate pressure and multi-section observation is conducive to identify the package Block and intestine to improve the level of ultrasound diagnosis.
