此住宅系成都倍特建设开发总公司科技人员宿舍的套型之一。装饰设计按工薪阶层中档次造价标准进行设计。设计方案总体指导思想为“优雅、简洁、温馨、舒适”,力求体现出一定的文化内涵与独特的品味,在最大限度利用空间的基础上加以装修设计。 居室是人们家庭生活中主要的休闲、娱乐与生活空间,所以材料运用不求高档和富丽堂皇,而要有一定的居家风味,体现出居室的品味与审美情趣。 作为一名设计者,愿我们都能拥有一人温馨的家……
This residence is one of the sets of science and technology personnel quarters of the Chengdu Beite Construction Development Corporation. The decoration design is designed according to the middle-level cost standard in the working class. The overall design concept of the design proposal is “elegant, concise, warm, and comfortable”. It strives to reflect certain cultural connotations and unique tastes, and to decorate and design it on the basis of utmost use of space. The bedroom is the main leisure, entertainment and living space in people’s family life. Therefore, the use of materials does not require high-grade and splendid, but must have a certain home-style flavor, reflecting the taste and aesthetic taste of the living room.
