陕西省化学会、陕西省中学化学教学研究会、西安市中学化学教学研究会、中学化学教学参考编辑部于1991年8月8日至13日在古城西安联合召开了“新时期中学化学教学教改研讨会”。出席会议的代表共136名。陕西省教委委员兼秘书长江秀乐、西安联合大学党委书记刘仲宁、陕西师范大学副校长刘谦光、教务长高安民等领导同志出席了开幕式,并发表了热情洋溢的讲话。会议由陕西省化学会常务理事兼秘书长、本刊主编杨建华同志主持。
Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Chemistry, Shaanxi Province High School Chemistry Teaching Research Association, Xi’an High School Chemistry Teaching Research Association, high school chemistry teaching reference editorial department in August 8, 1991 to 13 in the ancient city of Xi’an jointly held the “new era of high school chemistry teaching Teaching reform seminar ”. A total of 136 representatives attended the meeting. Jiang Xiule, member and secretary general of Shaanxi Provincial Education Commission, Liu Zhongning, party secretary of Xi’an Union University, Liu Qianguang, vice chancellor of Shaanxi Normal University, Gao Anmin and other senior officials attended the opening ceremony and delivered a warm speech. The meeting was chaired by Yang Jianhua, executive director and secretary general of Shaanxi Provincial Institute of Chemistry and editor-in-chief of the journal.
