曾报道从人参毛状根中分离到动物合成甾醇时的调节酶角鲨烯环氧化酶(SE)基因,并进行了结构分析。本次报告了用大肠杆菌及酵母进行的植物SE基因表达的分析。
It has been reported that the squalene epoxidase (SE) gene, which is an enzyme that regulates the synthesis of sterols from ginseng hairy roots, has been structurally analyzed. This report reports the analysis of SE gene expression in plants using E. coli and yeast.
