近十几年来,随着细胞遗传学研究的不断深入,目前已知有300多种因染色体异常引起的疾病。染色体分析技术已应用于临床,对疾病的诊断、预防和治疗起着重要的作用。现就染色体与有关的生殖系统异常作一介绍。一、自发性流产儿的染色体异常据角谷综合报道,对自发性流产儿1073例、人工流产儿1398例和子宫外孕6例进行染色体检查发现,自发性流产儿203例(18.9%),人工流产儿20例(1.4%)出现染色体异常,自发性流产儿染色体异常大大高于人工流产儿。因
