三嗪酮类化合物是一类具有潜在生物活性的杂环化合物。通过分子设计和合成先导化合物,然后优化结构已经成为新药开发的重要途径。本文合成了6种含三嗪酮环的新化合物,并探讨了合成氨基三嗪酮的反应机理,合成的化合物采用IR、1HNMR和MS进行了结构鉴定。
Triazinones are a class of potentially biologically active heterocyclic compounds. Designing and synthesizing lead compounds by molecules and then optimizing the structure has become an important route for the development of new drugs. In this paper, six novel compounds containing triazinone ring were synthesized and the reaction mechanism of the synthesis of amino triazone was discussed. The structures of the compounds were characterized by IR, 1HNMR and MS.
