本文对24例糖尿病患者行肾活检,研究糖尿病性肾病的早期病理改变及其和临床表现的关系,提高对糖尿病性肾病的早期诊断及发病机理的认识。24例中16例有不同程度的肾小球硬化。有和无肾小球硬化两组患者的Ccr和BUN无显著差异,肾小球硬化与Ccr改变无相关(P>0.05)。肾小球硬化与蛋白尿、年龄、血糖水平亦无相关(P>0.05),但与糖尿病病程有关(P<0.05)。
In this paper, 24 cases of diabetic patients underwent renal biopsy to study the early pathological changes of diabetic nephropathy and its relationship with clinical manifestations to improve the early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy and pathogenesis awareness. Of the 24 cases, 16 had varying degrees of glomerulosclerosis. There was no significant difference between Ccr and BUN in patients with and without glomerulosclerosis, and no correlation between glomerulosclerosis and Ccr (P> 0.05). Glomerulosclerosis had no correlation with proteinuria, age and blood glucose level (P> 0.05), but was related to the course of diabetes (P <0.05).
