目前对双语幼儿园的管理并没有硬性的规定。合格的双语幼儿园,熟练掌握外语的教师首先要达到一定比例,比如直接接触孩子的工作人员有半数以上要懂英语,这样才能形成好的英语学习环境。幼儿园教育“小学化”肯定不对,但笼统地讨论能否让幼儿学习双语,而不考虑教育方式、教学量这些因素,显然也不妥当,抹杀了幼儿接受
