用透射电镜观察日本血吸虫人工转变童虫经841培养液培养130d及从动物感染获得成虫经851培养液培养23d后的虫体体被与消化道超微结构。雌雄虫体被结构较完整,基质中似无空泡化现象:感觉孔突与焰细胞结构正常。食道腔面高度皱褶;肠腔中的板层、脂滴及肠上皮基膜内陷小管等结构与前人报道正常虫体比较基本相似。说明这两种培养液对日本血吸虫所以具有生长发育或促进产卵的功效与血吸虫体被与消化道尚能维持其代谢功能有关。
Transmission electron microscopy was used to observe Schistosoma japonicum Artificial transformation of Schistosoma japonicum by the culture medium of 841 130d and from adult animals infected by 851 culture medium for 23 days after the worm body and gastrointestinal ultrastructure. Male and female body structure is more complete, the matrix seems to be no vacuolization phenomenon: sensory processes and normal flame cell structure. The esophageal surface was highly pleated. The lamellae, lipid droplets and intestinal tubule invagination in the intestine were similar to the previously reported normal worms. It shows that these two kinds of culture broth have the effect on Schistosoma japonicum to grow or promote oviposition and that the schistosomiasis is related to the digestive tract maintaining its metabolic function.
