近两年,钢筋预应力混凝土板(以下简称预制板)的生产迅速发展,生产厂(场)遍地开花,使预制板生产出现了新的竞争形势,产品积压,价格上升,经济效益受到影响。面对这种情况,生产厂(场)一方面要贯彻“以销定产、积极推销”的生产经营方针;另一方面则要以质取胜,挖掘内部潜力,不断提高经济效益。在此,笔者从双增双节的角度谈几点具体的做法,供参考。一、选用合理的配比,减少水泥浪费。例
