本文对新发展的串有直流电抗器的交流氩弧焊机,可获得较正弦波更快过零速度的电流波形和隔直原理进行了分析。提供了一种通用的用电子计算机计算该类电路的方法。其计算原理是将电路分段线性化,然后计算电路对脉冲的响应。计算了用GA—300型焊机在60安和几种电感值下焊接工业纯铝时的电流波形,并和实测曲线进行了对比,证实这一方法是正确的。
In this paper, the new development of the AC reactor with DC reactor arc welder, can be faster than the sine wave zero-crossing current waveform and the principle of DC blocking were analyzed. A general method of computing such circuits using a computer is provided. The calculation principle is to piecewise linearize the circuit and then calculate the circuit’s response to the pulse. The current waveforms of industrial pure aluminum welding with GA-300 welder at 60A and several inductances were calculated and compared with the measured curves, which proves that this method is correct.
