一、“三下”压煤概况山东省煤炭资源丰富,煤质优良,炼焦煤储量占全省煤炭总储量的80％左右,是全国主要产煤省之一。但在建筑物、铁路和河流以及含水砂砾层下压有大量的煤炭资源。据统计,淄博、枣庄、新汶、肥城、兖州五个矿务局和坊子煤矿截止1982年底,“三下”压煤达十亿一千六百多万吨,占上述矿区现有生产矿井可采储量的57.9％,其中:村庄下压煤73841.19万吨占总压煤量的72.6％;铁路下压煤10153.64万吨,占总压煤量的9.99％;
