目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声及全数字化乳腺摄影联合应用对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析186例经术后病理确诊的女性乳腺癌患者临床资料,将术前彩色多普勒超声和全数字化乳腺摄影结果进行比较,并与术后病理结果对比分析。结果:彩色多普勒超声及全数字化乳腺摄影对乳腺癌诊断准确率分别为82.25%,83.87%,二者联合应用诊断准确率为93.01%。结论:彩色多普勒超声与全数字化乳腺摄影相结合可提高乳腺癌诊断准确率。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound and all-digital mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 186 cases of postoperative pathological diagnosis of breast cancer in patients with clinical data, the preoperative color Doppler ultrasound and full digital mammography results were compared and compared with the postoperative pathological results. Results: The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound and full digital mammography for breast cancer were 82.25% and 83.87%, respectively. The diagnostic accuracy of the combined application of the two methods was 93.01%. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound combined with full digital mammography can improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer.
