采用底注式平稳充型的方案来设计浇注系统 ,把液流在内浇道的出口速度作为限制瓶颈 ,它控制金属液在整个浇注系统的流动速度。在保证铸型充满的前提下 ,内浇道的充型速度最好限制在 0 .5m/s以内。以普通灰铸铁精密铸造叶片为例 ,把传统的顶注式浇注系统和新的底注式浇注系统的充型结果进行比较。在充型过程中 ,采用X射线实时跟踪系统进行了观察 ,发现顶注式浇注系统充型紊乱 ,易造成夹杂 ,浇注的 2 6个叶片中 3处出现裂纹 ,3 0处出现夹杂缺陷。而采用底注式浇注系统 ,铸件充型平稳 ,没有裂纹 ,只有 3处出现夹杂缺陷 ,优化效果明显
The design of the pouring system is based on an end-fill smooth filling scheme that limits the outlet velocity of the liquid in the ingate as a limiting bottleneck, which controls the flow rate of the molten metal throughout the casting system. Under the premise of ensuring that the mold is full, the filling speed of the gate is preferably limited to 0 .5m / s. Taking ordinary gray cast iron precision cast blade as an example, the filling results of the traditional top-pouring system and the new bottom-pouring casting system are compared. In the process of filling, X-ray real-time tracking system was used for observation. It was found that top-pouring pouring system was disorderly filled and could easily lead to inclusions and casting cracks in 3 of 26 blades. The use of bottom-pouring system, filling a smooth casting, there is no crack, inclusions appear only three defects, the optimization effect is obvious
