医院科研档案是传播医学知识的载体,包含着大量的医学研究成果,是衡量医院科研水平的标尺,是医院核心竞争力的集中体现。医务人员作为医院科研档案形成的主体,在医院科研档案的管理上起着举足轻重的作用。文章分析了医务人员科研档案管理的现状,结合个人在科研管理中的经验,阐述了加强医务人员科研档案管理的思路,促使医务人员更好地进行医学科技创新,提高医院科研水平。
Hospital scientific research archives is the carrier of dissemination of medical knowledge, contains a large number of medical research results, is a measure of the hospital scientific research standards, is the core embodiment of the hospital’s core competitiveness. Medical staff, as the main body formed by hospital scientific research archives, plays an important role in the management of hospital scientific research archives. This paper analyzes the status quo of medical personnel’s scientific research archives management, combined with the individual’s experience in scientific research management, elaborates the idea of strengthening scientific research archives management of medical personnel, prompting medical staff to better carry out medical science and technology innovation and improve the scientific research level of the hospital.
