本文从产业角度分析劳动力需求变动特征,发现第三产业是劳动力市场中岗位需求最多的产业,其次是第二产业,但这种格局尚在变化之中,从三次产业岗位需求变动贡献率的角度分析,发现第三产业劳动力需求是受经济波动影响最为明显的产业部门,而第二产业是劳动力需求变动较为稳定的部门,从行业角度分析劳动力需求变动特征,发现制造业、初等服务业仍然是劳动力需求的主要行业。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of labor demand changes from the industrial point of view, finds that the tertiary industry is the job with the most job demand in the labor market, followed by the secondary industry. However, this pattern is still changing.
