新形势下,技工院校德育教育工作面临着新的形势以及新的挑战。教学内容陈旧、学生素质因高校扩招影响而降低、网络信息的冲击以及忽视对学生的人格塑造等,这些问题都是当前技工院校德育教育工作面临的新的挑战。在这种情况下,实现对技工院校德育内容的重建、利用网络信息技术进行管理、以人为本地展开德育工作,以及适当增加实践教学内容,都是当前技工院校德育发展的进一步要求。
Under the new situation, moral education in mechanics colleges and universities is facing new situation and new challenges. The obsolescence of teaching content, the drop in the quality of students due to the expansion of college enrollment, the impact of Internet information and the neglect of personality shaping of students are all new challenges that moral education in technical colleges and universities now face. Under such circumstances, to achieve the reconstruction of moral education content in technical colleges, the use of network information technology management, people-centered moral education work, and the appropriate increase in practical teaching content are the further requirements of the current moral education in technical colleges and universities.
