本文研究了一定操作条件下三相流化阳离子交换- 除CO2 联合处理装置内的液体轴向速度分布,讨论了水速、气速和固含率对液体轴向速度的影响;根据所选定的最佳工艺参数对三相流化阳离子交换- 除CO2 联合处理装置进行了性能研究,出水水质满足要求。
In this paper, the axial velocity distribution of the liquid in a three-phase fluidized cation exchange-removal CO2 unit is studied under certain operating conditions. The effects of water velocity, gas velocity and solid content on the axial velocity of liquid are discussed. The optimum process parameters of the three-phase fluidized cation exchange-removal of CO2 combined treatment device were studied and the effluent quality satisfies the requirements.
