社会转型进入新常态,公共管理活动的复杂性和难度加大,学科交叉的特点更加明显,这对于公共管理人才培养提出了更高的要求。公共管理学科因为交叉特质具有极强的应用性和实践性,决定了发展实践教学是公共管理人才培养的重要内容。基于交叉学科的属性,在分析公共管理学科实践教学现状的基础上,提出目前实践教学可能存在的失范现象,并探讨实践教学模式创新路径,以提高教学质量和效率,在实践教学中提升学生的实践能力和创新能力。
The social transition has entered a new normal. The complexity and difficulty of public management activities have become more prominent, and the characteristics of interdisciplinary studies have become more obvious. This puts forward higher requirements on the training of public management personnel. Public management discipline because of the cross-trait has strong applicability and practicality, decided to develop practical teaching is an important part of public management personnel training. Based on the properties of interdisciplinary studies, this paper analyzes the current situation of practical teaching in public administration and puts forward the possible anomie phenomena in current practice teaching.
