目的建立蒲公英不同吸收模式下重金属及微量元素含量的检测方法,研究2种处理方式下重金属及微量元素的含量差别。方法应用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)检测2种处理方式得到的蒲公英中重金属及微量元素的含量,对检测数据进行了比较。结果 2种前处理方式的检测结果差异较大,煮沸后水浴30 min的检测结果占微波消解检测结果的8.08%~28.28%,2种前处理方式的RSD值均在5%以下。ICP-MS对10种元素的检出限≤0.003μg/L,以Cd、Pb、Fe、Zn为例,方法一、方法二的加标回收率分别为96.0%~99.6%、86.0%~99.2%。结论采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定蒲公英2种不同前处理方式下的重金属及微量元素含量方法稳定,精密度高,检出限低。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of heavy metals and trace elements in different absorption modes of dandelion, and to study the content differences of heavy metals and trace elements in the two treatments. Methods Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to determine the contents of heavy metals and trace elements in dandelion from two treatments. The data were compared. Results The results of two kinds of pretreatment methods were quite different. The results of 30 min after boiling in water bath accounted for 8.08% -28.28% of the results of microwave digestion, and the RSD values of the two pretreatment methods were below 5%. The detection limits of the 10 elements by ICP-MS were less than or equal to 0.003μg / L, with Cd, Pb, Fe and Zn as examples. The recoveries of the methods 1 and 2 were 96.0% -99.6% and 86.0% -99.2 %. Conclusion The method of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry for the determination of heavy metals and trace elements in dandelion under two different pretreatment methods is stable, high precision and low detection limit.
