“和平与发展是当今时代的主题”、“发展是硬道理”、“改革与发展是当今中国面临的根本问题”。这些命题是人们对21世纪整个世界和中国发展问题的基本判断。最近,著名财务学家郭复初教授组织冯建、彭韶兵、冯巧根、杨丹等几位博士结集出版的集体新著《经济发展中的财务问题》,为人们探索经济发展中的财务理论和方法提供了有益的尝试。该书提出并回答了目前我国经济发展中财务管理工作所面临的理论和现实问题,为创建发展财务学做了极其重要的开创性工作。
