病历摘要患者男性,40岁。患者于1989年8月14日9h10min 在工作中被220伏照明电击中,当即犬叫一声摔倒,同班工人发现其面色青紫,意识丧失,呼吸停止。于9h30min 到我院急诊室,检查发现意识丧失,呼吸停止,大动脉搏动消失,皮肤青紫,双侧瞳孔等大为4mm,心音听不到,神经反射丧失。左前臂有一个0.5cm×0.5cm 的皮肤灼伤。即行胸外心脏按压,气管插管,人工呼吸,静脉输液。9h32min(?)心电图示室颤(?)即给心内注射利多卡
Patient summary Male patient, 40 years old. Patients at 9h10min on August 14, 1989 in the work by 220 volt lighting in the electric shock, immediately fell asleep barking, class workers found its complexion, loss of consciousness, breathing stopped.
