本文收集我院住院的糖尿病患者28例,经用XWZ-Ⅱ型心脏功能无创自动检测仪的检查,结合有关临床资料,探讨无创心功能测定仪对早期发现糖尿病患者心脏功能各种参数改变的意义。临床资料根据WHO糖尿病诊断标准确诊为糖尿病并有完整的无创心功能测定资料的患者共28例,男15例,女13例,年龄26～72岁(平均51岁),其中Ⅰ型5例,Ⅱ型23例,病程1～24年,入院检查的血糖水平7.4～24.8mmol/L,合并有糖尿病肾病5例(其中伴有肾功能不全1例),糖尿病眼病2例,酮症酸中毒1例,无明显并发症者17例。
