彭信海,研究员,国务院政府津贴专家,中共党员,1986年于湖南农学院植物生理生化硕士研究生毕业,现任湖南省森林植物园科研管理处处长。在25年的科研工作中,主持国家农业成果转化资金项目2项,中央财政林业科技推广项目1项,湖南省重点科技攻关项目2项,湖南省科技平台建设专项1项。获得湖南省科技进步二等奖4项,三等奖4项;
Peng Xinhai, a researcher and government subsidy expert of the State Council, member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from the Master of Plant Physiology and Biochemistry in Hunan Agricultural College in 1986 and is currently the director of Scientific Research Management Office of Hunan Botanical Garden.
