MnO_2是各类电池正极活性物质的主要成份。国内外对MnO_2活性评价有很多方法,现在介绍一种用锌离子吸附法(ZIA法)来测定MnO_2的比表面,从而可以有效地评价不同产地MnO_2性质的好坏。MnO_2的比表面越大,因其活性越大。本实验我们采用国产建水二级、大新二级、连城二级、合庆二级、零陵三级等五种MnO_2样品进行实验。取0.4克MnO_2试样装入带塞试管中,加入5.00ml锌液(2MNH_4Cl+0.08199MZnO),加上玻璃塞,固定在旋转器上(见图一)。
MnO_2 is the main component of various types of battery cathode active material. At home and abroad there are many methods for evaluating the activity of MnO 2. Now, a method for determining the specific surface area of MnO 2 by the zinc ion adsorption method (ZIA method) is introduced, so that the properties of MnO 2 in different areas can be effectively evaluated. The larger the specific surface area of MnO 2, the greater its activity. In this experiment, we used five kinds of MnO_2 samples made by domestic Jianshui Grade II, Daxin Grade II, Liancheng Grade Two, Heqing Grade Two and Lingling Grade III for experiments. Take 0.4 g MnO 2 sample into a plugged test tube, add 5.00ml zinc solution (2MNH_4Cl + 0.08199MZnO), add a glass stopper and fix it on the rotator (see Figure 1).
