本文报道正常人,缺铁性贫血和非缺铁性贫血患者共140人骨髓中细胞外铁检查的结果。细胞外铁存在于正常人,无贫血的病人和各种非缺铁性贫血患者的骨髓涂片中,但在48例未经治疗的缺铁性贫血患者的髓片中一律消失。此项检查能提示体内可供利用的铁贮存情况,不但对缺铁性贫血和非缺铁性贫血有鉴别诊断的价值,而且也是指导铁剂冶疗的一个比较灵敏而可靠的指标。对25例正常人,缺铁性贫血和其他类型贫血患者同时进行了血浆铁,总铁结合力的测定,骨髓中细胞外铁检查和铁粒幼细胞计数。上述四项检查中,细胞外铁检查优点最多,是估计机体铁贮存情况的一种简便而可靠的方法,值得临床上广泛推广。
This article reports the results of extracellular iron tests in 140 human bone marrow samples from normal individuals, patients with iron-deficiency anemia and non-iron-deficiency anemia. Extracellular iron is present in bone marrow smears from normal, anemic and non-iron-deficient anemic patients, but disappears in the marrow of 48 patients with untreated iron deficiency anemia. This test can prompt the availability of iron storage in the body, not only for the differential diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia and non-iron deficiency anemia, but also guide the iron treatment of a more sensitive and reliable indicator. In 25 normal subjects, the plasma iron and total iron binding capacity, the extracellular iron level in the bone marrow, and the number of neutrophil granulocyte were measured simultaneously in patients with iron deficiency anemia and other types of anemia. Among the above four tests, the extracellular iron test has the most advantages, which is a simple and reliable method for estimating the iron storage in the body and deserves wide promotion in clinic.
