本文认为,“知识经济”已成为有关21世纪社会经济发展预测中共识度最高的趋势与特征之一。知识经济对劳动就业量的影响主要取决于科技创新的类型即质别性科技创新和非质别性科技创新,以及收入水平和消费结构的合理性;同时,知识经济将引起就业方式的转变,包括就业结构、就业时空、就业类型和就业模式;随着知识经济时代的来临,促进劳动就业的战略重点应当是重视教育,加强人力资本投资,提高劳动者素质
This paper argues that “knowledge economy” has become one of the most popular trends and characteristics in predicting socio-economic development in the 21st century. The impact of knowledge-based economy on labor employment depends mainly on the type of science and technology innovation: qualitative and non-qualitative scientific and technological innovation, as well as the level of income and the rationality of consumption structure. At the same time, knowledge economy will lead to the change of employment pattern, Including employment structure, employment space-time, employment types and employment patterns. With the advent of the era of knowledge-based economy, the strategic focus of employment promotion should focus on education, strengthening human capital investment and improving the quality of laborers
