目的 探讨正常人螺旋CT脑血管造影造影剂注射速度 (简称流速 )与延迟时间的关系 ,以选择合适流速和相应的延迟时间。方法 对 2 0例CT检查正常的病人进行前瞻性、自身对照研究 ,采用小剂量循环实验 ,分别以 2ml/s、3ml/s、4ml/s的流速进行同层动态CT增强扫描 ,观察动静脉的峰值强化时间、动静脉的强化升高CT值和动静脉峰差时间。结果 动静脉的峰值强化时间、动静脉的强化升高CT值 2ml/s与 3ml/s及 4ml/s流速有显著性差异 (Ρ <0 .0 5 ) ,而 3ml/s与 4ml/s流速无显著性差异 (Ρ >0 .0 5 ) ,2ml/s、3ml/s及 4ml/s流速动静脉峰差时间无显著性差异 (Ρ >0 .0 5 )。结论 (1)小剂量循环实验可确定SCTA扫描的最佳延迟时间 ;(2 )SCTA检查时 ,采用 3ml/s的流速较为合适 ,其相应的延迟时间为 13 .83 9~ 15 .82 2s ;(3 )采用 2ml/s、3ml/s或 4ml/s的流速扫描 ,动静脉峰差时间无显著性差异。
Objective To explore the relationship between the injection speed (referred to as the flow rate) and the delay time of normal spiral CT cerebral angiography contrast medium to select the appropriate flow rate and the corresponding delay time. Methods Twenty patients with normal CT were prospectively and spontaneously controlled. Low-dose circulatory test was performed at the same flow rate of 2ml / s, 3ml / s and 4ml / s respectively to observe the arteriovenous Peak enhancement time, arteriovenous enhancement and CT value and arteriovenous peak difference time. Results The arterial and venous peak intensification time, arterial and venous enhancement of CT value 2ml / s and 3ml / s and 4ml / s flow rate were significantly different (P <0. 05), while 3ml / s and 4ml / s flow rate There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in peak velocity of arteriovenous between 2ml / s, 3ml / s and 4ml / s (P> 0.05). Conclusions (1) The low dose cycle test can determine the best delay time of SCTA scanning. (2) The flow rate of 3 ml / s is more suitable for SCTA examination, and the corresponding delay time is 13.883 9-15 .82 2s; (3) Using 2ml / s, 3ml / s or 4ml / s flow rate scanning, arteriovenous peak difference time was no significant difference.
