上消化道出血在儿科并非少见。现将我院自1985年1月～1994年12月间以上消化道出血为首发症状,并经钡餐、手术及胃电镜检查确诊的64例患儿进行病因分析。1 临床资料1·1 一般资料 男40例,女24例,男女之比为1.7:1;年龄:2～6岁19例,7～14岁45例;病程:半天～3年。1·2 临床症状
Upper gastrointestinal bleeding is not uncommon in pediatrics.
