目的观察模拟条件下不同密度输入性钉螺在上海市青浦区的生存情况。方法将采自安徽省贵池区湖沼地区的钉螺50、100、200、400、800、1 600只(雌雄各半),于2010年11月分别随机投入面积为4 m2的青浦区实验池中,观察各实验池中土表钉螺及子代钉螺生存情况。结果不同密度条件下观察到的土表钉螺最多为5~6月,但各组平均螺数仅占投入数的2.0%~12.7%;各组子代钉螺数仅占投螺数的2%以下。结论来自安徽贵池区钉螺在本次实验中生存繁殖情况不良,是否存在湖沼地区钉螺不能适应上海水网型地区环境的问题有待进一步研究。
Objective To observe the survival of snails with different density under the simulated conditions in Qingpu District of Shanghai. The method was collected from 50, 100, 200, 400, 800 and 1 600 snails (half male and half female) from the lakes and marshes in Guichi District, Anhui Province. In November 2010, they were randomly allocated into an experimental pond of Qingpu District with an area of 4 m2 The survival of Oncomelania snails and their offspring snails in each experimental pond were observed. Results The maximum value of snail was observed from May to June in different densities, but the average number of snails in each group accounted for only 2.0% ~ 12.7% of the number of ints. The number of snails in each group accounted for only 2% of the number of snails . Conclusion The snail from Guichi District, Anhui Province, had poor survival and reproduction in this experiment. Whether the snail in lagoon area could not adapt to the environment of Shanghai’s water network remains to be further studied.
