利用人工气候箱,在幼穗发育的不同时期和光期、暗期中用不同温度处理W6154S,观察其育性转换的感温特性.结果表明:在145小时的长日照条件下,温度对W6154S育性转换有明显作用.温度作用的敏感时期在雌雄蕊形成期至花粉外壁形成期,最敏感时期在花粉母细胞减数分裂期.在光周期中,光期平均湿度起主要作用.暗期温度、日平均温度、日最高与最低温度的直接作用不明显.
