目的 :比较一期根治手术与切开引流手术治疗肛周脓肿的疗效。方法 :45例肛周脓肿患者随机分为两组 ,一组 2 4例采用脓肿一期根治方法 ;一组 2 1例采用脓肿切开引流方法。结果 :一期根治术组治愈率近乎 10 0 % ,平均疗程 18 7d ;切开引流术组复发率及再次手术率为 71 43%。结论 :一期根治手术对肛周脓肿的治疗有一定的优越性。
Objective: To compare the efficacy of radical surgery and incision and drainage for the treatment of perianal abscess. Methods: Forty-five patients with perianal abscess were randomly divided into two groups. One group of 24 patients were treated with abscess one-stage radical mastectomy. One group of 21 patients with abscess incision and drainage method. Results: The cure rate was nearly 100% in the first stage radical operation and the average course was 18 days. The recurrence rate and reoperation rate in the open drainage group were 71 43%. Conclusion: A radical operation of perianal abscess treatment has some advantages.
