在素质教育的今天,虽然教育的方法以及教育的理念都已经在以往的基础上有了很大的发展和进步,但是学生们的学习成绩仍是有好坏之分。尤其是在学校中,还存在着一些学困生。对于学困生而言,如果不采用正确的方法加以引导和沟通,那么对于这类学生的心理素质是十分不利的。本文主要阐述了学困生的形成,并对学困生的转化教育策略进行了一定的研究,旨在为进一步提高我国教育的水平而提出一些有价值的参考意见。
