职业教育是国家教育事业的重要组成部分,是促进经济、社会发展和劳动力就业的重要途径,大力发展职业教育的关键在于教师。作为培训技术工人主阵地的农村职业学校,在教师培训方面存在着许多不容忽视的问题和困难。本文以博白县职业中等专业学校为例,试对农村职校的教师结构层次、能力状况及教师培训现状进行调查分析,探索出农村职校教师培训的途径。
Vocational education is an important part of the national education and is an important way to promote economic, social development and employment of the labor force. The key to vigorously develop vocational education lies in teachers. As a rural vocational school that trains skilled workers, there are many problems and difficulties that can not be ignored in teacher training. This paper takes Bobai Vocational Secondary Vocational School as an example to investigate and analyze the teachers’ structure level, ability status and teacher training status in rural vocational schools, and explore ways to train teachers in rural vocational schools.
