中职教育的目标定位是培养服务于生产一线的初、中级技能人才。这要求中职教育更贴近社会,贴近企业。过去学校的校园文化建设缺乏与企业文化的交融和对接,这使不少学生在第三年实习期间因不习惯企业的管理方式与方法,在实习岗位上出现了一系列问题。怎样通过校园文化建设使中职学生适应就业的要求,已经成为我们不得不思考的重要课题。因此,我们在创新校园文化建设过程中注重营造校内企业管理环境,培养学生的良好职业素养及企业实用的实践技能,让学生在走上实习岗位时就熟悉医院及医药行业的管理制度,在走上实习岗位的同时就迈出“零距离就业”的第一步。

In the past, the lack of intercourse and connection with the corporate culture in the school’s campus culture construction left many students with a series of problems in their internship positions due to their unmanageable management methods and methods during the third year internship.
