近年来我分场先后有几台4125A发动机出现烧排机油,但按常规修理(对缸筒、活塞、活塞环、气门导管等部位严格鉴定和更换)没能解决问题。我们从检查空气进气管道和空气滤清器才发现了问题:(1)缸盖进气孔壁湿润,进气管壁粘附一层湿润油泥。(2)空气滤清器网盘中壳体内壁上,中心管外壁上有明显的气流孔道。(3)油盆里沉淀一层碎铁丝。(4)油盆里机油减少。
In recent years, I have divided into several 4125A engine burning oil, but according to the routine repair (cylinder, piston, piston rings, valve guides and other parts of the strict identification and replacement) failed to solve the problem. We found the problem by checking the air intake pipe and the air filter: (1) The air intake wall of the cylinder head is wet, and the wall of the air intake pipe is adhered with a layer of wet sludge. (2) air filter plate in the inner wall of the shell, the center tube outer wall obvious air flow channel. (3) a layer of broken iron wire in the basin. (4) less oil in the basin.
