《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》(以下简称《指南》)中指出:“健康是指人在身体、心理和社会适应方面的良好状态,幼儿动作的发展是身体机能发展状况的主要表现,也是适应社会生活的基本能力。”子领域目标中提到的让幼儿具有一定的适应能力,要保证幼儿每天的户外时间不少于2小时,其中体育活动时间不少于1小时,以提高幼儿适应季节变化的能力。然而在日常教学中,户外活动常常会因为其他领域的延时或这样那样的原因被教师一带而过,所以,再总结存在问题后,要学着不断尝试改进,在明确活动类型、保证活动时间的基础上,丰富幼儿的活动器械、内容,并通过材料的隐性指导策略,激发幼儿自主活动的积极性,让健康户外活动真正活起来。
