我们自1995年6月至1996年5月行新生血管性青光眼手术中虹膜电凝加丝裂霉素C的辅助治疗,共7例7只眼,术中无出血,术后眼压控制良好。现报告如下。 资料与方法 一、一般资料:新生血管性青光眼7例7只眼,男4例,女3例,平均年龄46岁。发病原因:视网膜中央静脉阻塞4例,糖尿病视网膜病变2例,视网膜静脉周围炎1例。术后随访2月—1年,平均7个月。 二、手术方法:作以角膜缘为基底的结膜瓣,12时位作3×4mm的1/2板层巩膜瓣,用浸有0.4mg/
From June 1995 to May 1996, we performed adjuvant treatment with iris electrocision and mitomycin C in neovascular glaucoma surgery. There were 7 eyes in 7 cases with no intraoperative bleeding and the IOP was controlled well. The report is as follows. Materials and Methods First, the general information: 7 cases of neovascular glaucoma in 7 eyes, 4 males and 3 females, mean age 46 years. Causes of the disease: central retinal vein occlusion in 4 cases, 2 cases of diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein inflammation in 1 case. The patients were followed up for 2 months to 1 year, with an average of 7 months.
