太原供电局劳动服务公司成立以来,在总经理陈效舜的带领下,坚持以“电为核心,多种产业,三大支柱,协调发展”的基本方针,以提高经济效益为中心,坚持“三项制度”改革,转换企业内部经营机制,使全公司多种经营工作出现了可喜的变化。实践证明,陈效舜结合本部门的实际情况,提出了“多方面、多层次、全方位”的经营发展战略,克服了供电部门过去单打一的局面。走上了多种经营道路是对的,这一发展战略现已成为提高企业经济效益,加快企业改革步伐的重要内容和主要措施之一。
