我厂生产的0328氧压机曲轴,各主轴径轴心线的同轴度检测方法是将曲轴放在两个V形铁上,通过旋转曲轴,读出百分表在所测轴径表面的跳动值,见附图。这时百分表的跳动值便被认为是该项同轴度误差值。这样,使被测轴径表面的圆度误差也就部份地作为同轴度误差而计入在检测结果中。从而使测得的跳动值容易超差,使曲轴合格率受到影响。当然,作为测量基准的两端架V形铁处轴径的圆度误差也会影响
