信息技术课是中小学必修课程。面向21世纪国际竞争、提高全民素质、培养具有信息素质和创新素质的新型人才的一项重要举措。网络环境对现代教育产生了极大的影响,它为学生的学习创设了广阔而自由的环境,提供了丰富的资源,拓延了教学时空的维度。如何充分利用网络技术与资源,改革传统的教学模式,培养学生的创新精神与实践能力,全面提高学生素质,是当前教学研究的重要内容。
Information Technology is a compulsory course in primary and secondary schools. Facing the international competition in the 21st century, improving the overall quality of the people and training new talents with information literacy and innovative qualities is an important measure. The network environment has a tremendous impact on modern education. It creates a vast and free environment for students’ learning, provides rich resources and extends the dimension of teaching space-time. How to make full use of network technology and resources, to reform the traditional teaching mode, to cultivate students’ innovative spirit and practical ability, and to comprehensively improve the quality of students are the important contents of current teaching and research.
