以往,企业每次推出新产品要隔三至五年才会更新品种;如今,消费者不仅要求多样化,更是加速喜新换旧。企业惟有不断地推出新产品,才能抢占和维持市场份额。然而,研发工作牵涉技术,且依赖灵感运气,似乎无法充分掌控。其实并不然!研发并非无中生有的发明,不过是改良现有产品,改变式样、提增功能,皆有脉络可循,不能因管理不善而失控!
In the past, every time a company launches a new product, it will take three to five years to update it. Nowadays, consumers not only demand diversification, but also accelerate the replacement of new products. Only by constantly introducing new products, companies can seize and maintain market share. However, R & D involves technology and depends on inspirational luck. It seems that it can not be fully controlled. Actually, it is not! R & D is not an invention without any problems, but it is to improve the existing products, change the style and enhance the functions. All of them have their own way, and they can not get out of control due to mismanagement!
