本研究用电位扫描法测定了不同成份铜阳极的极化曲线。研究了阳极组成、温度、电解液成份及各种添加剂对阳极钝化的影响。实验结果表明,随着温度的升高及Cu~(2+)浓度、H_2SO_4浓度的降低,阳极钝化倾向将减弱。添加剂的影响较复杂,须综合考虑其对阴极产品质量和阳极钝化的影响,选择合适的添加剂并确定其用量。本文还根据测得的阳极极化曲线初步探讨了阳极钝化的机理。
In this study, the polarization curves of copper anodes with different compositions were measured by potentiometric scanning. The effects of anode composition, temperature, electrolyte composition and various additives on anode passivation were investigated. Experimental results show that as the temperature increases and the concentration of Cu 2+ and H 2 SO 4 decreases, the tendency of anodic passivation will be weakened. The impact of additives is more complicated. The effects of additives on anode product quality and anode passivation must be considered together. The proper additives should be selected and their dosage determined. Based on the measured anodic polarization curves, the mechanism of anodic passivation was also discussed.
