本文作者描述30例成年癫痫性眩晕的临床,脑电图及治疗结果,并认为癫痫是短暂性眩晕(无论是否伴有自体旋转性感觉)的重要原因.本文研究30例主诉眩晕(即短暂的平衡感觉失调)的病人,其中部分伴有自体旋转感.年龄为15-60岁(平均35岁),女18例.各例研究资料与治疗结果说明其眩晕症状均为癫痫引起.评定时以病史及检查结果为根据,并进行耳科(包括听力计和变温试验)及脑电图检查.5例进行放射学检查,包括头部放射性同位素扫描及CT.脑电图检查包括清醒状态常规描记、过度换气及闪光刺激期描记;有4例进行睡眠期描记.
The authors describe the clinical, electroencephalographic and therapeutic outcomes of 30 adult patients with epileptic vertigo and consider epilepsy as an important cause of transient dizziness, whether associated with autonomic rotational sensation or not.This study investigated 30 patients presenting with vertigo (ie transient Balance of sensory imbalance) patients, some of them accompanied by a sense of autonomic rotation .Age 15-60 years old (average 35 years), 18 females .In each case study data and treatment results show that the vertigo symptoms are caused by epilepsy. (Including audiometer and temperature change test) and electroencephalography (EEG) .5 patients underwent radiological examination including head radiofrequency scanning and CT. Electroencephalography including normal state of consciousness , Hyperventilation and flash stimulation period tracing; 4 cases of sleep tracing.
