目的探讨血清NT-proBNP联合CK-MB、MYO、cTnI检测对急性心肌梗死的临床价值。方法测定113例急性心肌梗死患者和127例健康体检者血清NT-proBNP、CK-MB、MYO、cTnI含量,各组之间相互比较。结果急性心肌梗死患者血清中NT-proBNP、CK-MB、MYO、cTnI含量明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清NT-proBNP与CK-MB、MYO、cTnI之间具有良好的正相关。结论 NT-proBNP联合CK-MB、MYO、cTnI不仅能提高AMI诊断的灵敏度和特异性,还可作为疗效观察的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum NT-proBNP combined with CK-MB, MYO and cTnI in acute myocardial infarction. Methods Serum levels of NT-proBNP, CK-MB, MYO and cTnI were measured in 113 patients with acute myocardial infarction and 127 healthy controls, and compared with each other. Results Serum levels of NT-proBNP, CK-MB, MYO and cTnI in patients with acute myocardial infarction were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.05), serum NT-proBNP and CK-MB, MYO and cTnI There is a good positive correlation between. Conclusion NT-proBNP combined with CK-MB, MYO, cTnI can not only improve the sensitivity and specificity of AMI diagnosis, but also as an important indicator of efficacy.
