以黄腐酸(Fulvicacid,FA)大剂量授予大鼠,拟复制大骨节病(KaschinBeckDisease,KBD)动物模型,通过两项生化指标的量变值对FA的毒性做出评价。在低硒条件下,以病区和非病区FA100mg/L两类饮水分别致大鼠KBD模型实验28d。FA剂量为每公斤体重10mg/d,等于病区儿童每公斤体重摄入量的1000倍。实验终结时大鼠肝匀浆脂质过氧化物丙二醛及细胞色素P-450含量均无显著变化,表明含有上述两类FA的饮水均未能对机体产生有害作用。
The rat model of Kaschin Beck Disease (KBD) was induced by high dose Fulvicacid (FA), and the toxicity of FA was evaluated by quantitative analysis of two biochemical parameters. Under low selenium conditions, KBD model rats were induced by FA100 mg / L watertight and non-ward respectively for 28 days. FA dose per kilogram of body weight 10mg / d, equal to children ward body weight intake of 1000 times. At the end of the experiment, there was no significant change in lipid peroxides malondialdehyde and cytochrome P-450 content in rat liver homogenate, indicating that drinking water containing the above two types of FA were not harmful to the body.
