目的应用血流向量成像(VFM)技术研究室性早搏患者(PVC)的左心室血流流场及能量损耗的变化特点和规律。方法应用VFM技术的流线、涡量、室壁切应力和能量损耗指标观察频发室性早搏患者心动周期各时相左室内的血流流场特点,并与健康体检患者对比分析两者能量损耗的差异。结果室早发作心动周期左室内无明显涡流,整个左室的室壁切应力及左室内血流的能量损耗亦处于低值,仅在收缩晚期主动脉瓣口有少量涡流形成,并产生能量损耗。室早发作心动周期与健康对照组及室早发作前后正常心动周期比较均具有较低的能量损耗。结论 VFM技术可无创显示室早患者左室的血流流场特点及能量损耗变化规律。
Objective To study the characteristics and regularity of left ventricular blood flow and energy loss in patients with premature ventricular contractions (PVC) using flow cytometry (VFM) technique. Methods The flow field, vorticity, wall shear stress and energy loss index of VFM technique were used to observe the characteristics of left ventricular blood flow in patients with frequent premature ventricular beat. The energy loss was compared with those of healthy subjects The difference. The results of early onset of cardiac cycle left ventricular no obvious vortex, the entire left ventricular wall shear stress and left ventricular blood flow in the energy loss is also low, only in late aortic valve atrophy with a small amount of eddy current formation, and produce energy loss . Premature seizures in patients with ventricular cardioversion cycle and healthy control group before and after the onset of ventricular echocardiography compared with normal cardiac cycles have lower energy loss. Conclusion VFM technique can noninvasively show the characteristics of left ventricular blood flow field and energy loss in ventricular tachycardia patients.
