研究超压气球的球体设计问题,要求实现长时间飞行维持稳定高度。针对超压气球球体完全封闭并具有较大的压差、应力情况复杂、传统的零压气球的设计方法不适用的情况,提出从任务输入、推导压差、初定体积、应力计算到确定参数的设计流程。在选定球体外形的基础上,针对不同球体结构进行应力分析,利用Matlab开发了超压气球球体设计仿真分析软件,并使用Abaqus结构分析软件验证算例结果。推导出了超压气球球体设计的一系列原理公式,并给出了带有用户界面的设计软件的编程思路和算例结果。经检验整套设计方法正确,编写的软件可以为球体设计提供依据。
Research balloon design overpressure balloons, requiring long-term flight to maintain a stable altitude. Aiming at the situation that the overpressure balloon is completely closed and has large pressure difference and complicated stress conditions, the traditional design method of zero pressure balloon is not applicable. It is put forward that from the task input, derivation of pressure differential, initial volume, stress calculation to determination of parameters The design process. Based on the selected ball shape, the stress analysis of different ball structures was carried out. The software of overpressured balloon ball design was developed by Matlab, and the result of calculation was verified by Abaqus structural analysis software. A series of principle and formulas for overpressured balloon sphere are deduced. The programming ideas and results of the design software with user interface are given. After testing the entire design method is correct, written software can provide the basis for the ball design.
