介绍了一种基于 Thompson- Lampard原理的交叉电导率标块测量系统。基准标块的电导率范围为 1 3%～ 1 0 0 % IACS,其不确定度为 0 .0 8% ,对未知标块传递测量的不确定度为 0 .1 4% + 0 .1 %IACS。
A crossover conductivity measurement system based on Thompson-Lampard principle is introduced. The conductivity of the benchmark was in the range of 13% -100% IACS, with an uncertainty of 0.08%. The uncertainty of the transfer to the unknown target was 0.14% + 0.1% IACS.
